We will only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for mainly two reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with
the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us
your consent.
We will email you on behalf of service providers, for example,
related product and service offers to those you have already
purchased, but we will not pass any of your details to the
provider concerned.
We will allow you at any time to consent or refuse any marketing
email that may be sent to you from us in the future.

never ask for any sensitive information about you without
your explicit consent and when we do, it will be on our
own secure web site - we will never ask this information
by e-mail.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us, or
viewing them in the Customer area on the website (available
later this year). If you find any details that are inaccurate
you can either amend them on-line or email us and we will
correct them promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely on
our back-office database, access to which is restricted to
authorised personnel only.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of
visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie"
which would be stored on your computer. You can usually modify
your browser to prevent this happening. The information stored
in the cookie is only used to identify you prior to registration
on the site.
Security
If you tell us personal
details we protect them from interception and make sure they are
stored safely.
We encode credit card details and other important data (using
128-bit SSL encryption software) so that when it's transmitted
it can't be read by anyone who shouldn't see it.
We store your account details and other such information on
secure servers. We adhere strictly to all relevant UK
legislation to make sure information is held securely |
