Law
The Terms and Conditions below and the agreement between Airport Chauffeur
Cars and the Customer are governed by English Law.
Alteration
Minor itinerary adjustments are free of charge. The company at its own
discretion will determine the nature of any adjustments and alter the
charges accordingly.
Waiting Time
The first 10 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our
charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 15 minutes increments at the
rate published in our Tariff.
Note that Airport Transfers are subject to our published time
allowance.
Hire Price
We guarantee the cost of vehicle hire providing that the original
itinerary at the time of booking hasn't been altered.
Our obligations to you
We shall supply all the services specified in the Confirmation of
Booking sent to you.
We accept responsibility for our employees' actions while on duty.
Insurance
We are insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public
liability and doesn't constitute a travel insurance.
We don't accept responsibilities for
- Delays caused by adverse weather conditions
- Any theft or damage to properties of the signatory of the contract
or any other person travelling within the contract, except where such
theft or damage is caused by a direct action of
Airport Chauffeur Cars' employees
- Any delays caused by strike action. Acts of god or conflict or war
or Force Majeure.
Disorderly Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or
danger to our passengers or employees. We may seek the help of the police
to remove any offenders from our vehicles and will not pay compensation or
refund in such circumstances.
Illegal material
The carrying or use of unregistered weapons, or any illegal drugs in our
cars is totally forbidden. You must inform us about any registered weapon
you wish to carry with you at the time of booking.
Pets
You must seek our written permission to carry pets with you in our
vehicles.
Guide
dogs are allowed, but you must inform us at the time of booking.

Music
Playing musical instruments in our cars is at the driver's discretion -
you must seek his/her permission prior to commencing the journey.
Smoking
We observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars. Any variations are strictly at the
driver's discretion.
Complaints
If for some reason you are unhappy with the service, you should, in the
first instance, relay your concerns immediately to the driver, who will try
to rectify the issue on the spot.
If the matter hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction, please write to
us at: Airport Chauffeur Cars, 20 Montpelier Rise, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9
8RG, UK - providing the driver's details, date and time of the incident
and our Booking Reference Number (BRN) - We usually solve most issues
amicably.
However, in the unlikely event of any remaining dispute, we will refer the
matter to the Institute of Arbitrators.
Use of Vehicles
Airport Chauffeur Cars make every effort to supply top quality
vehicles. However, should such vehicles are not available, we reserve the
right to provide a similar alternative vehicle - this hire shall be known
as sub-contract or sub-hire.

You must obtain Cancellation Reference Number (CRN) by calling or
writing to us, prior to the commencement
time of the booked journey
Additional Charges (on total cost)
The following charges may apply:
. Jobs Between 23:00-06:00 - 20%
. Xmas/New year - 100%
. Bank holidays - 20%
Booking Deposit
To guarantee wedding and special events booking, we reserve the right to obtain a 25%
non-refundable deposit
for orders of either multiple cars, or with a value of over £150.
