Where will I meet your driver at the airport?

Please note that in UK airports you need to pass through immigration, baggage collection and customs before meeting your driver!

When will you charge my credit card?
We only validate your credit card at the time of booking - your card will be charged 24 hours before the 1st scheduled pick up - please make sure that your card expiry date is up-to-date
What is your baggage allowance?
A reasonable luggage amount is allowed in our cars, according to the following guidelines:
Executive Saloon/Sedan - 2 x 23kg Bags
Prestige Saloon/Sedan - 2 x 23kg Bags
People's Carrier/Minivan - 4 x 23kg Bags
Large People's Carrier/Minivan - 6 x 23kg Bags
How do I pay by Cash?
To pay by Cash select the 'Cash' option on the Payment Authorisation screen (you will still need to enter your credit/debit card to complete the booking, but your account won't be charged).
Upon completion of your journey, pay the driver directly.
If you have booked a Return/Roundtrip journey, please pay for each leg of the journey separately - our driver will advise you about the correct amount.

What's included in your tariff?
Our prices include the cost of your journey, Airport Meet & Greet and Central London Congestion Charge (if applicable), prices don't include however, VAT, and various Toll charges.
What about Tip/Gratuity?
Gratuities are not included in the price and are subject to your own discretion
(Rate indicator: 10%-15% of the trip's Nett price)
What is VAT?
Value Added Tax - the local UK Sales Tax - 20%
What happens after I've booked a car?
Upon completion of your booking we provide a Booking Reference Number (CBN.../CQN...).
We then process your booking and e-mail you the confirmation details within 24 hours
I'm at the Airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?
Our chauffeurs always wait inside the terminal, next to the exit from Customs, with a board carrying your name and flight number (See more details above)
My flight has been delayed, will I miss your chauffeur?
We monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeur meet you on time, either when flights are late or early (We allow 30 minutes for baggage handling and Passport control to minimise parking and waiting time costs) - for Domestic and European flights please contact us to report about any delay!
If your flight has been diverted please contact us as soon as possible to provide further information (Our cancellation Terms & Conditions will apply)
Can I change the original journey?

Can I smoke in your cars?
Smoking is prohibited in all private hire cars
What accessories can I expect in your cars?
All cars have air-conditioning and quality sound system - please tell us about your special requirements at the time of booking
What's included and what's extra in As Directed Central London hire (AD)
The price includes the chauffeur driven car of your choice for the booked time period, with an allowance of up to 5 miles per hour.
Parking (if required), additional hire time and excess mileage are charged according to our published tariff.
